Shipping and delivery

When will my package arrive?

We pack most packages within 1-3 business days and packages are picked up approximately 1 day after the package has been packed. After that, the shipping time is 5-14 business days if no unforeseen event occurs during transport.

Where do you ship from?

We sell cat products all over the world. Instead of using a warehouse in each country, we think about the environment and have one and the same warehouse that we have chosen to place internationally.

How do I know when my package has arrived?

Our packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. You avoid all the hassle of making it to the post office on time and you will receive your package the same day it arrives.

Which shipping companies do we use?

To make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible, we have established partnerships with reliable shipping companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Postnord and several others.

Returns

How do returns work?

You have the option to return all of our products and receive a full refund. To do this, please return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date or within 14 days of receiving the products. Be sure to write a note with your order number so that we can confirm where the package is from.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to initiate a refund or return, please contact us via email at support@kattlandet.se

My product is broken. What do I do?

Please send an email to support@kattlandet.se to get in touch with us.

I have received the wrong products. What do I do?

Please take a picture of the package you received. We need a picture where you can see the size of the package, as well as a clear picture of the shipping label on the package. Please take a picture of the products you received as well.

Then you can contact us at support@kattlandet.se and attach the pictures.

I want to cancel my order.

If your package has been shipped, we cannot get it back until it arrives at your location. You may return your package to us immediately upon receipt. After we have received your returned package and identified it as yours, we will issue a refund.

I am not receiving any emails back.

If you have not received any emails from us, please check your spam folder. If you have not received a response within 3 business days, the email is probably in your spam folder which can be easy to miss.

What do I do if I want to change my order?

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Please note that once our warehouse staff has processed your order, it will not be possible to make any further changes.

How do I use my discount code?

To use a discount code, simply enter the code you received in the box labeled "Discount Code" during the checkout process. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
