Return Policy

 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means that you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached. You will also need to have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cancellation period

according to EU law. Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason, if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@kattlandet.se
