Delivery policy

The kittyland offers free shipping over 499kr worldwide for all our products. We have partnered with DHL Express, Postnord, EarlyBird and many more shipping companies to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.

Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or door, if for some reason it is not possible to deliver your package, the package will be left at your nearest post office.

Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 15 days depending on where you are in the world.

All orders go directly to and are delivered from the manufacturer. This contributes to slightly longer delivery times (approx. 5-15 working days) depending on the product and supplier.

Within Sweden there will be no customs fee. (Import VAT may apply). All orders are shipped within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours after you have placed your order. You can use the tracking number to monitor the route of your order using our tracking pages. If you have trouble finding your confirmation email, please check your spam folder as it sometimes ends up there by mistake or contact our support team.
