Delivery policy

The Kittyland offers free shipping when you purchase 2 or more products, worldwide.

We have partnered with trusted shipping carriers such as DHL Express, PostNord, EarlyBird, and others to ensure fast and smooth deliveries.

Your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox or door. If delivery is not possible, the package will be redirected to your nearest pickup point or post office.

Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer better prices, but may result in slightly longer delivery times (approximately 5–15 business days), depending on the product and supplier.

For deliveries within Sweden, no customs fees apply (import VAT may apply where applicable).

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours after placing your order. You can track your shipment at any time using our tracking pages. If you can’t find the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
