Shipping & Delivery

We process and pack most orders within 1–3 business days, and packages are usually collected by the carrier approximately 1 day after packing.

After dispatch, the estimated shipping time is 5–14 business days, provided no unforeseen delays occur during transit.

You can also track your order via the link on our website “Track your package.”

We sell cat products worldwide. Instead of operating multiple warehouses in different countries, we take the environment into consideration and ship from a single, internationally located warehouse.

This allows us to reduce our environmental impact while ensuring efficient global delivery.

Our packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. This means no hassle with waiting for a courier or picking up a parcel - you’ll receive your package the same day it arrives.

To ensure our deliveries are as fast and smooth as possible, we have established partnerships with reliable shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, PostNord, and several others.

Returns

You have the option to return any of our products and receive a full refund. To do so, please return the item to us within 30 days from the purchase date or within 14 days from receiving the product.

Make sure to include a note with your order number so we can identify where the package is coming from.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please send an email to support@kattlandet.se to get in touch with us.

Please take photos of the package you received. We need:

  • A photo where the size of the package is clearly visible
  • A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the package
  • Preferably also a photo of the products you received

Then contact us at support@kattlandet.se and attach the images in your email.

If your package has already been shipped, we are unable to retrieve it before it arrives to you. In that case, you will need to return the package to us as soon as you have received it.

Once we have received your returned package and confirmed that it belongs to you, we will process your refund.

Other questions

If you haven’t received any emails from us, please check your spam or junk folder. If you haven’t received a response within 3 business days, the email has most likely ended up in your spam folder, which can be easy to miss.

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Please note that once our warehouse team has processed your order, it will no longer be possible to make any further changes.

To use a discount code, simply enter the code you received in the field labeled “Discount code” during checkout.

Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
