Shipping & delivery

When will my parcel arrive?

Most parcels are packed within 1 to 3 working days, and picked up about 1 day after packing. From there, shipping takes 5 to 14 working days, barring anything unexpected in transit.

Where do you ship from?

Most of our products ship from our international warehouse in China. Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 working days. As goods ship from outside the EU, customs fees may occasionally apply, in which case we'll let you know separately.

How do I know when my parcel has arrived?

Our parcels are delivered straight to your door. No hassle of getting to the post office in time, and you'll get your parcel the same day it arrives.

Which carriers do we use?

To keep deliveries fast and smooth, we've partnered with reliable carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx and several others.

How do returns work?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Contact us at support@kattlandet.se to start a return. We recommend sending the item back in its original packaging where possible, but it isn't required for the right of withdrawal to apply. Don't forget to include your order number.

Please note: we may deduct an amount if the item has been used beyond what's needed to assess its properties and function.

My product is broken.

Get in touch before returning the product. Describe the fault and add photos or video where you can, we can often sort it out without you having to send anything back. You have a right to make a complaint for three years from the date of purchase.

I got the wrong products.

Take a photo of the parcel and the shipping label on the outside, plus the products you received. Send the photos with your order number to support@kattlandet.se and we'll sort it for you.

I want to cancel my order.

Get in touch as soon as you can at support@kattlandet.se. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it free of charge. If it's already on its way, we'll point you to our returns policy.

I'm not getting any replies

If you haven't received any emails from us, please check your spam folder. If you haven't had a reply within 3 working days, the email's probably sitting in spam, which is easy to miss.

What do I do if I want to change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please GET IN TOUCH immediately. Please note: once our warehouse team has processed your order, no further changes are possible.

How do I use my discount code?

To use a discount code, just enter the code you received in the box labelled "Discount code" during checkout. Please note: only one discount code can be used per order.
