Use & Supervision

By purchasing and using the product, you acknowledge that:

• You, as the pet owner, bear full responsibility for how the product is used.

• We, The KittyLand, fully disclaim all liability for any injuries, allergic reactions, choking hazards, accidents, or other negative consequences that may arise directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, or alteration of the product.

• The product is not intended to replace veterinary care, medical treatment, or professional dental care for felines.

Limitations of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, as every cat is unique and may respond differently to the product. The product's effectiveness can vary based on several factors, including your cat’s chewing habits, dental condition, and personal preferences.

We also accept no responsibility for:

• Cases where the cat shows no interest in the product (please see our satisfaction guarantee here).

• Damage caused by improper use, lack of supervision, modification of the product, or use contrary to our recommendations.

• Damage to furniture, fabrics, or other property that may occur during use.

Replacements & Claims

If the product breaks during normal use by a cat – without rough handling by the owner, such as pulling, twisting, or excessive bending – we offer a free replacement. However, we reserve the right to request photo or video evidence showing that the damage was not caused by misuse.

If the damage is clearly caused by the cat’s natural chewing (e.g., intense biting), we are happy to offer a free replacement as part of our customer satisfaction policy.
